3 reasons why you need a wedding planner

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, where do you even begin? What’s a good price? It can feel like there is a lot to do, and not enough hours in the day to get it all done. Wouldn’t it be nice if you have someone who could help, take the tedious time consuming admin, research all  from you, so you get to enjoy the planning process.

A wedding planner can add so much value to your day, save you time, money and stress. But if you’re still not sure if you need a wedding planner, I’ve put together 3 reasons why you might need one.

1) You Feel Overwhelmed

There’s a lot of pressure that can come with a wedding. Everything is on you to organise, from emails to suppliers to keeping track of your budget. making sure get/all the RSVP and dietary requirements on time and making sure you haven’t forgotten anything. And that’s not even half of it. Wedding planning is a full time job ( I should know) and if you’ve not done it before it can be daunting and feel like there’s something else you might need or not need. Having someone with experience and sharing the workload can save you a lot of stress, and feel you less overwhelmed.

2) Your Time Poor

Planning a wedding whilst juggling a full time job, seeing family and friends, life admin and other commitments, can feel like a LOT. Life is busy I get it, having someone you can chat to, delegate tasks and take the tedious admin away is such a huge weight lifted off your shoulders. It takes up to 528 hours to plan a modern wedding. Have you got the time to spare?

3) You want to relax

If you’ve organised everything, everyone is going to come to you with questions on your wedding day, as you’re their main contact. Do you really want that? How much nicer would it be to have someone you can trust to oversee everything and deal with any issues or questions on the day so you can just enjoy your day. Having a wedding planner means their main point of contact and questions will be directed at them. All you have to do is immerse yourself on your wedding day.

If you answered yes to any of the above, it looks like you could use a wedding planner in your life. I’ll make sure to get you the best suppliers, get the most out of your budget to ensure you have the most incredible day.
