Coordination

The On the Day Coordinator

You’ve planned your wedding like a boss, but you don’t want to deal with the stress on the day. Then this on the day coordination package is just for you, hand it all to me and I’ll make sure all the set up is done, get everyone where they need to be and allow you to enjoy the celebrations to the max!

    • Looking over your wedding plans to make sure nothing has been missed

    • Supplier recommendations

    • Venue visit

    • One meeting- 4/6 weeks prior

    • Unlimited emails

    • Support with logistics

    • Bespoke timeline to keep the day on track

    • Detailed planning documents, including floor plans & details of set up

    • On the day co-ordination of your suppliers

    • Full day coordination -includes set up on the day, and coordination until your first dance (up to 10 hours|)

    • Travel up to 20 miles of Cheltenham **

    • Use of my emergency kit

Now this is perfect if you need help with the design & styling but also want someone to take care of the running and coordination of the day as well. The Extravaganza is everything you could want giving you peace of mind, that I will have everything set up just as you want and make sure everyone is where they need to be so you can well and truly relax and enjoy your wedding day! Full Planning

If you’re feeling overwhelmed with where to begin with planning and short on time. Why not let me take care of all the logistics and admin. I’ll plan all the details from start to finish. This would include full design and styling, managing budgets, sourcing suppliers, the mother all of admin spreadsheet, overseeing logistics and co-ordination on the day. Whilst you get to enjoy planning, and have an expert support and guide you through the whole process, leaving less stressed, and actually get to enjoy the planning process.

All quotes are bespoke and can be personalised depending on the amount of support you need. Quotes are often 10-15% of the wedding budget.
